Karmic Wheels Incorporated, Portage IN sold a vehicle to a family with small children with full knowledge that the ABS brakes did not work. Dealer also used intimidation tactics to prevent family from canceling sale within 48 hours. Dealer is being reported to the Better Business Bureau and local law enforcement.

There should be something that custumers that is put in a situation like could do. Your are not the first, Mitchell chevorlet-buick dearship in west point,ms sold me a vehicle that was in a car accident that i was unaware of it but the salesmen knew about it and sold me that car anyway. Later I found out the car was a 2004 grand am with a 2002 front door. they even welded old pieces onto the car to make a sale

Hi I just wanted to let you know, I purchased a 94BMW, really nice, from Sierra Motors in San Antonio Texas, I never like use cars because problems always arise, even with new cars too, well I gave the car back the total was going to be $22,000 for 2 years, I kept going back to the car lot, spent alot of time, gas, car would overheat, tires, dents, stereo.I even ask to lower the price because I put money down, Mike one of the owners all he could say is I could not afford the car, its not that I could not its the satisfaction of the purchase was done to zero, and I had it with all the time, gas I spent, I was told that I return the car it would not go one my credit rating as a reppo, well I was lied to and still to this day Jim the manager never responded to my call so I reported them to the BBB, when I asked the manager about tires for the car he said hed been in the bussiness long enough to know if it needs them and they did need them but he did not care, get this they even have a annoying alarm when the payment is due that shuts off the car once you stop, then you need to call in and get a code to restart the car. I have a goal now to buy a car cash I have had with car lot/dealership scams, the car is not your until you pay it off, I have had it.
