Clean and courteous the sales force seems good on new car sales. I own two cars from Wickstrom. Both cars have had issues after having Wickstom perform service work. I have had to bring my car back after repair a few times and eachi time if cost me more money to fix the original problem that they should have repaired the first time. I should have only had to pay for the repair. Safety issues after repairs at Wickstrom, I would not recommend that you let them work on your car. The latest problem I had was after a brake job a wheel lockup while I was driving and caused damage to the braking system and they did not take any responsibility. So my brake job from Wickstrom cost me around $2,000. I recommend that you avoid this dealership. |
